The value of something has no relation to the amount of time it takes to create.
Can we shift the dialogue from time-based expectations to value-based expectations?
ie. Stop asking how long something will take and deriving its value from the time and instead dedicate as much time as needed until something of value is created.
That way expertise trumps time.
